Issue a single-use, expiring magic link bound to one role at this practice. The recipient will go through identity verification and security-key enrollment before they can access patient data.

Used for security communications only. SMS is never accepted as an MFA factor.

Cryptographically bound to the invitation. The recipient cannot change it.

Defaults to 72 hours. The recipient must complete onboarding before this time.
